In the presence of Mr. Ali Saleh Aqlan - General Manager of Yemen Company for Ghee And Soap Industry , held on Thursday, 10 January , 2019 at the company headquarters an awareness meeting on the principles and concepts of the new employee performance evaluation system for the year 2019 organized by the General Management of Human Resources of the Group. During the meeting, which was divided into two parts : The first was a technical review of the main aspects of the performance evaluation program in terms of objectives , characteristics and importance and the mechanism of work to feed the electronic windows by the concerned people in the company (Managers and In charges).

The participants in the second part of the meeting have discussed a number of issues related to the system with the organizers of the awareness workshop on the evaluation program . At the end of the meeting , the General Manager of the company renewed the call to activate the means of awareness of the system in the work environment at all levels to access those concepts to the various employees of the company. For the General Management of Human Resources the meeting was attended by, Mr. Aquba Al Zarqah, Mr. Motaie Qablit, Mr. Khaled Dabwan, and for the company it was attended by Managers of Departments and In charges of technical, production and administrative departments.
